      We inform you that your personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing your booking, formalising and administering your stay at the hotel, attending to requests related to the contracted services, and guaranteeing payment of the expenses arising from said stay.

      In addition, certain data may be processed in order to comply with the legal obligations applicable to hospitality establishments, in particular those relating to the documentary registration and reporting of information on persons staying at the establishment.

      Your data may be communicated, where appropriate, to the Security Forces and Corps in compliance with current regulations, as well as to travel agencies, tour operators, booking platforms or other intermediaries that have taken part in the contracting or management of your booking.

      The data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated and, in any case, for the periods required by tax, commercial, consumer and traveller documentary registration regulations. As a general rule, certain data may be kept for a minimum period of 6 years when necessary to comply with these legal obligations.

      What is the legitimacy for processing your data?

      The legal basis for processing your personal data is the performance of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship arising from the booking and stay at the hotel, as well as compliance with the legal obligations applicable to the establishment.

      In particular, the processing may be carried out in compliance with the regulations on documentary registration and information on persons staying at hospitality establishments, including Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October, as well as the regulations applicable to guest registers and traveller entry records.

      Where the processing is based on your consent, this may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

    • IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT POSSIBLE FRAUD AND UNOFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS

      LIVVO Group will not request additional payments, banking details, passwords, verification codes or sensitive information through links received via WhatsApp, SMS, social media or other unofficial channels regarding an alleged modification, incident, cancellation or confirmation of your booking.

      If you receive a communication requesting a payment, banking details or asking you to access an unverified link, do not take any action without first verifying the authenticity of said communication.

      • Do not provide personal or banking details through unofficial channels.
      • Do not share passwords or verification codes.
      • Do not access payment links received via WhatsApp, SMS, social media or suspicious messages.
      • Do not download attachments from unverified communications.

      If in doubt, contact the hotel directly through the official channels published on our website before making any payment or providing information.

      • Preparing and monitoring the budget through communications between both parties.
      • Electronic communications regarding your request.
      • Commercial or event information by electronic means, provided there is express authorization.
      • Manage administrative, communication, and logistics services provided by the Controller.

      • Carry out the corresponding transactions.
      • Control and collection management.
      • During the payment process via card, the following personal data will be collected by the Banking Entity owning the Virtual POS: type of connection, date and time, IP address, device information, email address, mobile phone, browsing data, transaction data, and data required by 3D Secure security protocols, solely for the purpose of detecting and preventing unauthorized payment transactions.

      • Assess and manage your profile as a candidate in relation to the personnel selection processes we are carrying out or may carry out in the future that may match your professional profile.
      • Organise and manage selection processes for the hiring of employees.
      • Contact you to arrange interviews, carry out electronic or telephone communications and, where applicable, conduct selection tests.
      • Manage spontaneous applications, applications sent by email, web forms, employment platforms or submitted in person at the hotel.

      If you submit your curriculum vitae in person through the box available at the hotel, we inform you that your data will be processed for the purposes indicated in this section. Basic information on data protection will be available on the information notice placed next to the box, without prejudice to your being able to consult the extended information in this Privacy Policy.

      Once you have given us your consent, we may share your application with group entities or collaborating or related companies, in order to include you in selection processes that may match your professional profile.

      Once the retention period indicated has elapsed, we will proceed to securely destroy your curriculum vitae, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it or you have previously requested its deletion.

      We do not process data of minors under 14 years old. Therefore, refrain from providing them if they are not of that age or, where applicable, providing data of third parties who do not meet the mentioned age. LIVVO HOTEL GROUP, S.L.U. disclaims any responsibility for non-compliance with this provision.

      Will we make communications by electronic means?

      • They will only be made to manage your request, if it is one of the means of contact you have provided us.
      • If we make commercial communications, they will have been previously and expressly authorized by you.

      What security measures do we apply?

      You can rest assured: We have adopted an optimal level of protection for the Personal Data we handle, and we have installed all the means and technical measures at our disposal according to the state of technology to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of Personal Data.

      To whom will your data be communicated?

      Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except when required by law. Specifically, they will be communicated to the State Tax Administration Agency and banks and financial entities for the collection of the service provided or product acquired, as well as to the data processors necessary for the execution of the agreement.

      In case of purchase or payment, if you choose any application, website, platform, bank card, or any other online service, your data will be shared with that platform or processed in its environment, always with the highest security. During the payment process via card, data will be collected by the Banking Entity owning the Virtual POS.
      When we order it, the web development and maintenance company, or the hosting company, will have access to our website. They will have signed a service provision contract that obliges them to maintain the same level of privacy as us.
      International data transfers may occur when using American applications, however, such transfers will be made to entities that have demonstrated compliance with the level of protection and guarantees according to the parameters and requirements provided by current data protection regulations, such as the European Regulation, or when there is a legal authorization for the international transfer.
